Woah! Im so going back!
fantastic restaurant perfect pool friendly staff extra mile
I love the restaurants. Food was really delicious. The pools were perfect to lay back. There's this swim-up bar. Staff members. They were very friendly and went the extra mile, it felt nice. Jessica Martinez, the hotel's concierge, she was a great help. She handled all needs effortlessly, cabana reservations and restaurant and made sure everything was setup perfectly. Every morning, she would greet us with a huge smile. She provided the info I needed about the resort's activities. Jessica went out of her way to help us.
There was this slight pushy concierge the minute I arrive. They were trying to sell me their membership.

spacious room great balcony view convenient location friendly staff
the room was spacious with a great balcony view the beds were comfortable i also appreciated the cleanliness i found the location to be very convenient with easy access to both the beach and nearby attractions the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any request.
the gym could benefit from additional equipment but this did not significantly impact my experience

the hotel includes two distinct pools one designed for families and the other exclusively for adults i found this separation very practical the adult pool had ample loungers and a dedicated bar.

i found dinner reservations easy to make and the restaurants were accommodating regarding arrival times the bars had quick service offering a variety of drinks the tacos at the mexican seafood restaurant were a highlight during lunchtime.

the hotel provided easy access to the beach and also public transportation to downtown attractions the hotel had a well designed layout i found navigating it to be very simple the souvenir markets were a short distance away.

solid stay at a good location
daily cleaning fresh towels available seating soft sand
i liked that my room got cleaned daily. housekeepers restocked the toiletries and made sure i have enough fresh towels. the restaurants always had available seating, and the food was pretty good. i found the beach area particularly nice with soft sand.
the walls seemed a little thin, so i sometimes heard noise from outside.

the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it also include a king-size bed with comfortable pillows and soft sheets. the minibar got restocked daily with water and soft drinks, so i always have refreshments.
